Terms and Conditions for Sending a Case to Our Digital Dental Lab
1. General Terms
By submitting a case to our digital dental laboratory, you (the "Client") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the process of case submission, processing, payment, and delivery of our services.
2. Case Submission
2.1. The Client must scan the relevant dental impressions and submit the STL files to our laboratory via one of our designated connection platforms.
2.2. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the files are complete, accurate, and of sufficient quality for processing. Any issues related to incomplete or inaccurate files may result in delays or additional costs.
3. Processing and Invoicing
3.1. Upon receiving the STL files, our laboratory will review the submission and generate an invoice based on the requested services.
3.2. The invoice will be sent to the Client’s designated email or billing address. The pricing will be based on our current fee schedule and any agreed-upon terms.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the design process.
4.2. Accepted payment methods and details will be provided on the invoice.
4.3. Any delays in payment may result in postponement of the case processing.
5. Design and Production
5.1. Once payment is received, our team will proceed with the digital design of the dental restoration or prosthetic based on the submitted files.
5.2. The Client will receive a preview of the design (if applicable) for approval before final production.
5.3. Any design modifications requested after approval may result in additional charges and extended turnaround time.
6. Delivery of the Final Work
6.1. Upon completion, the final product will be delivered to the Client’s specified address.
6.2. Shipping details, including estimated delivery time, will be communicated at the time of dispatch.
6.3. The laboratory is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by third-party shipping providers.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. Our laboratory ensures high-quality standards in all our designs and productions. However, we are not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate scans, faulty impressions, or incorrect instructions provided by the Client.
7.2. Any claims regarding defects or discrepancies must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of the final product.
7.3. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided and does not cover any consequential or incidental damages.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. All patient data and submitted files are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
8.2. The Client is responsible for obtaining patient consent before submitting any case to our laboratory.
9. Amendments and Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
9.2. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our laboratory operates.
By submitting a case to our digital dental laboratory, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
